Theatre Rental Cost (Theatre seating capacity: 295)

The Palace is an ideal facility for Concerts, Shows, Auctions, Workshops, Lectures, Meetings, Movies, Inspirational Meetings, etc. 



Prime Rental  (Fri, Sat., Sun.)	$750 per Day
Non-Prime Rental (Mon-Thurs)	$450 per Day
Sound Technician (2 hours minimum)	$125 per Hour
Projectionist (8 hours minimum)	$ 20 per Hour
Please Note: All Advertising for the event is the responsibility of the Renter. All Ticket Sales will be the responsibility of the Renter. A Deposit of 40% is required; Balance due within 15 days of event completion. Deposit is forfeited if event is cancelled within 30 days of event opening. The lobby is an ideal area for your welcoming and greeting party. Then imagine walking down the aisle as the star of the day with your wedding party's welcome on stage. The stage can be illuminated with candle light or stage lights.  Whichever you choose--the lights are on you, Babe.
